Press Unit is assembled through several components. The main function involves pressing the dough for converting it into a round shape with controlled thickness, known as chapati. This unit is heated from specially designed plate heater which is inserted into a cavity made with in pressing unit. We keep the temperature of this unit up to some certain level which is controlled automatically. The surface of pressing unit is coated with special treatment, which does not allow dough to stick on that unit. Thickness of chapaties can be adjusted as per need.
